Nature Connection Mornings at Bluff Lake

Are you feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself and the world around you? Join us for our summer morning nature connection sessions at Bluff Lake Nature Center, where you can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with nature, yourself, and source. Led by Sheri Peterson, a certified nature connection guide, this session will help you tap into your senses, notice the beauty and wisdom of the natural world, and reflect on what it means for your life's journey. You'll learn simple yet powerful practices that you can apply anytime, anywhere, to stay soul-directed and aligned with your values and purpose. Our sessions will take place twice a month through this summer. This is a donation-based event, and all proceeds will go to supporting the Bluff Lake Nature Center and its conservation efforts.
