Wednesday Wanders at the Gardens
Join Walk2Connect Movement Leader and Nature Connection Guide Sheri Peterson for an intentional time in nature. Unplug and get connected with your surroundings, yourself and your source. We will wander the space at the Denver Botanic Gardens, following our individual pull, allowing nature to guide.
Time & Location
Jun 09, 2021, 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Denver Botanic Gardens, 1007 York St, Denver, CO 80206, USA
About the event
This walk is more geared to connection through gentle movement in this nature setting than getting in steps. We will begin with time to connect with one another, followed by learning a Nature Connection practice, then we will have time to enter into practicing.
These Wednesday Wanders are free, beyond your entry fee into the Gardens which is $15 for a non-member adult entry, $11.50 for a senior. (Memberships start at $55 and are totally worth it!) Reserve your ticket in advance as they are not currently selling at the door. Go to botanicgardens.org to get tickets. Sheri is offering 1 hour long private guiding sessions at 9:30 am and 12:45 pm each week, which will include your entrance fee! If you are interested contact Sheri directly at sheri@yourpathcoach.org or 303-349-7110.
