About the event

Find community with others seeking release from overwhelm. Weekly, we will practice honoring our pain for the world through a gently guided meditation. Opening each session by sharing our highs and lows. We ground through gratitude and acknowledge our grief. Following the meditation we will close with any take-aways. Then we go forth with a lightened load, having shared and moved through the stuckness. Drop in when able via zoom or in person.
